The National President of Actors Guild of Nigeria,Mr. Segun Arinze has announced the transition to glory of their member, veteran actor and Stage Marshal, Mr Sam Loco Efe aged 73yrs.
He died on Sunday 7. Aug. 2011 in Owerri, Imo State.

”AGN commiserates with the entire Sam Loco Efe’s family. To ensure a befitting burial for the late Nollywood icon, the President has set up a high powered 11 member burial Organizing committee.
These members include:
Peace Anyiam-Osigwe – Chairman
Fidelis Duker – Secretary.
Other members are,Obi Osotule,Hakeem Rahman, Stella Damasus, Paul Obazele, Iyen Agbonifo, Nobert Ajaegbu, Steve Eboh, Mufu Onifade and Amayo Uzor Phillips.-Nat PRO.
