As Thailand take on general election to elect new prime minister, streets and shops in Bangkok were shot down and businesses were completely down. Major shopping centers like the mall and various plazas were closed until 11am before shoppers were allowed in. This election could be describe as peaceful and calm as no sign of any unrest was heard of and people go about their daily activities. The results as at now proves that incumbent premier has been defeated by the younger sister of former Thailand prime minister, Thaksin. It's said that fugitive is near to return to Thailand.
