NIGERIANS IN DIASPORA ORGANIZATION: NIDO CAMBODIA

Great news for Nigerians residing in kingdom of Cambodia. The formerly known Nigeria community Services association (NCSA) Cambodia chapter has finally joined the larger community of Nigerians in abroad known as Nigerians in Diaspora Organization (NIDO). Big thanks to newly appointed Nigeria Ambassador to Philippines, Mr. S.A.O. Egurube who helped in speeding up due processes  and ensuring NIDO Cambodia was registered for Nigerians in order to be part of global database collections of Nigerians in diaspora. One of the major expectation is to create a databank of Nigeria skills abroad to enable the nation tap from them in favor of national development. In view of this, NIDO Cambodia is calling on Nigerians to please try obtain registration forms for both old and new members at the secretariat. Forms are free of charge. 2. Dear Author how on earth are you substituting NCSA with NIDO, NCSA is a legal entity know to all Nigerian here, what does the ambassador knows about the happening here? how is NIDO will help the guys on the street here? I think you guys are ignorance about workings of NIDO, @author get the point straight nobody is stopping anybody from becoming member of NIDO or forming NIDO but it is morally wrong to use NCSA as a step stone to launch yourself as member of NIDO, on whose mandate? the Nigerians that voted you into power? did you know the genesis of NIDO in different parts of world how it was formed, how can you guys just decided that NCSA officers should become NIDO, there is a lot of ignorance among the Exco and it will blew up in your faces, it seem most of you are just power hungry, I hope the pursuit of that power will not has negative effects on Nigerians in Cambodia. It seems the name of the ambassador is been use as an avenue to make insensitive decisions, reference to your earlier post and the comment made by the Special adviser, this is way to really unite Nigerian. Good Luck

  3. There seems to be a problem here now. Agreed that NIDO is a worldwide body of Nigerians in Diaospora, there is no way it will be used to substitute NCSA without the house coming to terms. Who is taking these decisions and for what?
@father i think the embassy in manila is being used to brainwash Nigerians in Cambodia which is rather unfortunate. Twice the So called ambassador has come to Cambodia and he was cajoled by the excos. Surely there is a conspiracy going on which the present excos have kept under the table.

  4. @author I consider it an intellectual criminality if you continues to post misinformation, in your previous post, you lied,it was pointed out, you did not respond, this is what has marred the development of Nigeria, when so called elected leaders falsified information for personal benefit and has no moral decorum to own up.

There was an election when most Nigerians here registered, do you want to re-register the already registered members or update the old register, in the space of how many months? so this is a new dispensation? are Nigerians the only foreigners in Cambodia. that is subjected to counting and recounting? by every new Execo?

Is this the number one priority? when an election was just held, and the voters register is still available, I think most of you guys are misguided opportunist, not knowing the issue at stake, or you guys are just chasing shadow instead of substance. Time will tell.

  5. hahahaha, just take a look at the so called excos parading themselves as NIDO officials. Men this is another scam. Nigeria we hail thee

  8. @truth I think the present Execo lack the moral authority of most Nigerians here, they lacked credibility to even call a worthwhile meeting, that people will want to attend, so what more can they do, than to call call a kangaroo meeting where less than 10 people will attend and decision made.

It will be foolish for members of the present Execo to play any game because it will blow up sooner or later, @truth again I am thinking is financial benefits for these people?. This is going to be a very interesting journey. Nigerians are unique people a country where a sick sitting President was smuggled into the country dead in the night without the Vice president knowing, Yes @truth nothing is imposable among Nigerian, it is shame

  9. Since october Gadaffi handed over. We are yet to see what the present exco have done other than creating more problem for nigerians here. I think they should all be dissolved.

  10. What is the agenda of the NIDO? Harry is calling for people to come and register for what? yes @ father, what happened to the over 300 people that registered before the election? the present excos have lost bearing so let them step aside

    ReplyDelete
  11. Bob. U dey ask of agenda? They are all clueless. By the way where are the so called United brothers? They are the major cause of the present problem.

  12. hmmmmmmmmmmm United Brothers! they have completed their mission and have gone underground.

  13. Dear readers, want to use this opportunity to thank you for the head up. It goes down to the fact that we are all gearing for positive changes. Your honest ideas, view points or contributions are highly regarded. NCSA can't not be substituted and not for NIDO. But then, what is the way forward? For continuity, the serving ex-cos are presiding over issues until credible leaders are either appointed or elected by members. Please let's note this very well. The officers (ex-cos) are not NIDO's pioneers.

    Thanks

  14. @Author I am assuming you have decided to take right direction, but going forward needs looking back and assessing what went wrong, be aware that the present Exco lack credibility among Nigerian here, and to add salt into injury the way and manner NIDO was presented created more suspicion than any other good things, no matter the intention of the you and the Ambassador, and some of you still don't want to see that, the only thing on your list is that people should come and get forms and register, unless the present Exco go out to do a public image cleanse it is all a goose chase.

    You want a way forward?

There are two issues at stake here, if you want to deal with it or take it to your divided Exco, you people should never have agreed on NIDO with Ambassador without the house,NCSA is still very relevant here, we have been surviving here without Manila, you guys just took it line and sinker, and want to force it down our throat, and none of you, NONE, knows anything about NIDO operations, and you know why people rejected?, because of your Exco secrecy with Ambassador when he was here, some of you police him around from people and only called a selected fews to a monitored and already decided meeting, as you can see people kept quite, but where does that lead you guys now? wilderness. No matter the good intention people smell conspiracy which is true.

Secondly there some of you in the Exco that are just anti-Nigerians, and an adviser that is complete Camelion, he dine with both God and Devil at the same time, that position should be canceled immediately, we can advise ourselves, his causing more harm than good, and that is a very irrelevant unelected post, rather, create an advisory committee made up of 3-5 people in good standing, not a man that cannot control his house [I hope will can find here} that man is a danger to either NISO or NSCA, in a short word his a very dishonest man. He has outlive his usefulness he should go home or he will be disgrace out,

Please ask ambassador what is the benefit of NIDO to Nigerians in Cambodia ? without an Embassy office here, [liaison office] let them just send one officer from Manila to reside here, it will cost nothing, housing, car, salary, the officer is taking in Manila. Why do we go to Manila when Bangkok is next door, I think you people don't know what you are doling at all

The Cambodia government has said it times without number that your country must have office here, instead for you guys to focus on that, you pre-occupied yourself with NIDO and power struggle, tell Ambassador to go away with NIDO if they cannot open office in Phnom Penh.

What is Ministry of Interior want to do with NIDO? what is the Cambodian court want to do with NIDO?

You people are complete ignorant of the challenges facing us in the world, and the way to address the situation. Please tell us how you want to address this unending problems here.

Ask the Ambassador how successful is NIDO in the Philippines?

    ReplyDelete
  15. @Author in your previous post you alluded that the President was set up on drug charges? can you explain more on that.

@Author we heard that the Ambassador was coming here to see the President in prison, not only that, but to also secure his release? that the ambassador spoke with the King and the Prime Minister, how far is that true because he never visited the prison nor got him out.

@ Author the absence of official statement breed rumors, can the Exco tell us what is the situation with our elected Vice-President that became President by default.

@Author who is the acting President? the elected chair lady that was spirited to Vice president position, by a Vice president who became a President by default?

@Author supposing the now acting president resign who becomes the ''Vice president''

@Author the President is still in Custody not in prison, whatever the outcome of his case when his release, what happens to his mandate? maybe the special adviser can answer that question

I can see the reason why NIDO is the answer, because we are in trouble here, and the more reason why this present Exco has failed, you created problems beyond your imagination

    ReplyDelete
  16. God bless you @father. U have said it all. The present excos lack leadership qualities so they certainly cannot lead this course.

    ReplyDelete
  17. @Harry why can u say the present exco is not taking over NIDO yet u present their names here as those in charge? You even put the name of the arrested president on the list of NIDO excos. I guess you are out of your mind. The present exco is completely incompetent and so should be dissolved and an interim committee be set up to rebuild the association. Thats the way to go.

    ReplyDelete
  18. @father, I have followed your comment here with great interest and it seems you know very well what you are talking about.
No doubt, the people managing the affairs of the Association now have no idea of what leadership is all about. @ HArry is talking about change, this is the change they called for that made them say they dont want Gadaffi and since gadaffi left the position they have not achieved anything.
    ]
I agree with you, our number one problem is the embassy in Manila. I think those people there are just trying to deceive us here. Two times now the ambassador come and they go to intercontinental hotel and chop our money. the excos call only their friends and stop other nigerians and now they say nigerians should come and register for NIDO.

True true, What is NIDO going to do for us? during Gadaffi time, the Association use to help many people with ETC, or people who sick and needed to go back home. The greatest was to even help many people get the E-passport. How is NIDO going to take care of the welfare of the people?

Mr. Father, you mention about the special adviser. honestly, that man is a dissapointment because he is one of the oldest people in cambodia but he allow things to spoil because he play politics with the community. I wrote him an email recently to call things to order but you cant believe the response he gave me saying that the NIDO is what the federal government recognize and they want to collect names of nigerians here before the ambassador will come to organize the NIDO. Imagine that.

I think all man should better remain on his own because the association is dying a natural death.

  19. @Bob the author of this post is neither competent or knows what is talking about.Specific issues where raised, questions asked, he never respond rather, he will went on to post another ridiculous write up without proper understanding the content or grasp the meaning or have an idea how the public will react to a half baked stories and lies. This shows clearly the level of incompetence of the Exco if the only learned and reasonable among them is nothing more than Chukwumerije.
